Can Text:

The can is blue and silver in alternating colored squares with two fighting red bulls in the center. I wonder why they didn’t call it Red Bulls since there are two on the logo.
Active Ingredients *Per can, not per serving:
‘Vitalizes Body and Mind’ with taurine. The other ingredients are pretty basic. Red Bull claims to improve performance, concentration, reaction time, and stimulate the metabolism. It sounds like a lot, but pretty much anything with caffeine in it will do the same, it’s just common sense.

Angie’s Review: Reviews posted after May 2007 are written by a guest reviewer referred to from this point forward as “The Stig“.
I’m not a huge fan of Red Bull, mostly because I hate those stupid commercials. I was surprised to find that the flavor was not terrible. It made my mouth pucker, but it didn’t taste sour of bitter. I don’t know what that means, but it seemed important. It certainly didn’t improve my concentration or performance, nor did it give me much of a boost at all.

Jason’s Review:
After all the hype about Red Bull, and I don’t really care what you can mix it with at the club, Red Bull is an average beverage with an average kick of energy. It tastes a little like sparkling kiwi fruit (real kiwi not that stuff they call kiwi in most “kiwi-strawberry” beverages). It doesn’t really do anything for my taste buds until it hits the back of my tongue.

The 4 pack for $7 is about the same amount of beverage as 1 monster xxl, which really hurts its value rating. Since many sodas are $2 for around 8oz. though, I’d say it’s average. If I guzzle one really fast, the energy boost is pretty good, but then I have more energy to think about how I’m thirsty already.
